Florida lawmaker files bill after Hurricane Irma nursing home deaths

Nearly one month after the shocking deaths of elderly patients in a hot Florida nursing home, a Tampa lawmaker has filed a bill that aims to protect the elderly and vulnerable when the power goes out. Katie LaGrone reports.
