Turkish Stuffed Flatbread - Keto / Low Carb

In this video, I take a recipe from Milk Street Magazine and make a few tweaks to it and delivering a keto meal that no one will suspect is low carb. This brings a fantastic Middle Eastern / Mediterranean flavor, and when paired with a little tzatziki, it will tickle your yummy button.

BEFORE YOU COMMENT: my hands have taken a beating due to yard work this past week. Try not to let it bother you. Also, I took a 475F baking sheet out of the oven and hit my left bicep with it -- hence that scar. On the bright side, my finger nails are looking quite a bit better.

If you decide to use the Dash Mini Pocket Sandwich Maker, instead of using my tortilla recipe, you can take a 10 inch tortilla and just fold it in half like I show in this video:
