How to Rebuild a Deck | Structure Repair & Fixing Dry Rot (Stoped Deck Collapse) | Part 1 of 3

From dry rot issues to footing problems, this deck needed some serious help. Follow along as we rebuild this old and neglected deck and turn it into a backyard getaway! Decks are sometimes overlooked when it comes to home renovation projects, but putting in a little time and effort here can have big payoffs!

As with a lot of projects, we didn't know the whole story at first and uncovered a lot of extra surprises along the way that needed to be fixed. If this damage wasn't fixed, we could have had the deck collapse which would have been horrible.
