A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can)
I love oats recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes.
A simple and quick recipe for the whole family (including vegans).

Ingredients:

110 g oat flakes(gluten free) / ~ 1 1/4 cups
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
50 g nuts / 1/2 cup
1 tbsp carob powder/ or cocoa
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
3-4 tablespoons coconut oil

bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
15 cm baking tray

100 g raspberries / 1/2 US cup.
80 g dark chocolate / 1/2) US cup.
50 g banana / 1.8 oz
25 ml water / 0.1 cups
decorate with your favorite fruits
