Made with easy ingredients like apple, oats, and cinnamon, its cozy flavor and creamy texture trigger sensations of comfort, all while fueling my body for a healthy day ahead. A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Recipe and preparation for about 400 ml of smoothie:

1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour the water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes
3 tablespoons of rolled oats. Pour the water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes
1/2 apple.
2-3 pitted dates.
1/2 tbsp cinnamon.
90 ml plant milk / 1/3 cup
The breakfast was super tasty and nutritious.
