This was my immediate recovery routine right after the 26.2 Bataan Memorial Death March Ruck. This is also more or less what I do after every long ruck or run. Follow these stretching and foot care guidelines, and you will for sure not only feel better, faster, but also get much more "bang for your buck" out of your training!
