First of all I teach you the worlds most popular bass drum technique; the "Heel-Toe" bass drum technique...so called because of the movements involved. I then give you a load of exercises, with actual drum beats, so that you can practice in context what you would actually play on the drums.

As an added bonus, I also show you some cool exercises using triplets and 32nd notes, as well as how to put it all together.
