EVERYTHING IS ENERGY, FREQUENCY AND VIBRATION

In this video, we're going to talk about energy, frequency and vibration.

Energy is what keeps everything alive. Whether it's the energy of the sun, the energy of the earth, or the energy of the wind, everything is made up of energy.

Frequency is how many times a particular energy vibration occurs in one second. Frequency is how things vibrate.

Vibration is the movement of energy in small waves. vibration is what makes things sound loud, feel soft, or move. Everything is composed of energy in the form of tiny waves, and these waves are what make things vibrate.
