How to Grow episode 8: RIR or Failure.

For over 30 years I've trained to failure and never could really manage 2 sets with the same weight without having endless back off sets. Often with overlapping soreness and joint pain. This past month I've been trying Reps In Reserve per Dominic Kuza and Dr. Mike Isratel. When I can remember to stop short of failure my workouts go much better, I have emotional energy and can train harder for longer before getting run down and wore out before the end of long 2 hour sessions.
