Driving around Playa Norte

We drove around the touristy area of Playa Norte. The ferry from Cancun drops you off in this area. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants in this area including the best beach on the island. Some people say this beach is the best one in the world. It's nice but I haven't seen all the beaches in the world, yet, so I couldn't agree with this statement. The shop owners are pretty clever trying to get you in their store. Some say "free parking here", it's actually free everywhere, "I remember you from the hotel", "free tequila" which is free while you shop.
