MSP director under fire for post will meet with MI congressional black caucus

The Michigan State Police director under fire for a controversial post she made about NFL players kneeling for the national anthem with meet with a group calling for her resignation. Col. Kriste Etue is under internal investigation and will meet with the Michigan congressional black caucus, according to the Detroit Free Press.  The controversy started after Etue shared a meme on her personal Facebook page, initially only viewable by her friends on the site. In part, the meme read that players taking a knee are "millionaire ingrates who hate American and disrespect ou armed forces and veterans." It also called them "a bunch of rich, entitled, arrognat, ungrateful, anti-American degenerages."
