Otis Now a Category 5 Hurricane in the Pacific, Tracking Tammy in the Atlantic

Hurricane Otis has strengthened into a Category 5 hurricane, the highest possible category on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale. Otis is currently located in the Pacific Ocean, but it is expected to make landfall in Mexico later this week.
