for playing Moly in Ice Cube's "Friday After Next," and

Jafar in Disney's "Descendants." He has also been on TV's

"Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Shameless," "Grey's Anatomy"

and more. He's given 2 TED talks, is a best selling author

and is a regular panelist on NPR's "Wait Wait, Don't Tell

Me." In 2016 Maz performed at the White House and had

the privilege of introducing Michelle Obama during an

event celebrating Nowruz.
