My 4 year old boy cooks a diet dessert with oats, yogurt and plums! Without sugar, gluten free recipe!
Great taste from simple ingredients! Light and easy dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. My boy was delighted with the final result and I am very proud and surprised by how delicious they are!😍😍😍

Ingredients:

130 g oat flakes(gluten free) / 1 1/2 cup
160 ml hot water / 2/3 cup
2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
50 g sweetener(erytritol, stevia, etc)/ 1/4) cup
150 g yogurt / 1/2 cup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
50 g chopped walnuts / 1/2 cup
40 g almond flour / 1/2 cup
6 g baking powder / 1/2 tbsp
3 g baking soda / 3/4 teaspoon
5-6 chopped plums

✅bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
