How to make a diet cake with oats, yogurt and blueberries! It's so delicious and easy! Gluten free and sugar free recipe!
Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. A dessert loved by both adults and children. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.

Ingredients:
130 g rolled oats / 1 1/2 cup
250 ml hot water/ 1 cup
2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
40 g erythritol sweetener/ stevia(1/4 cup)
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of coconut oil/melted butter
70 g walnuts(3/4 cup)
30 g coconut flour/ 4 tbsp
7 g baking powder(1 1/2 tsp)
180 g blueberries (1 cup)

26 x 9 cm / 10 x 3 1/2 inches baking pan
grease with butter
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
