HOW I MAKE MY OVERNIGHT OATS #healthybreakfast

50 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons yogurt/ vegan yogurt
2 tbsp. maple syrup/ honey
150 ml milk/ plant milk
40 g blueberries / 1/4 cup.

refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
add your favorite berries
pumpkin seeds
cinnamon
