How to make a diet cake with oats, apples and carrots! It's so delicious and moist! Without flour, sugar, and gluten free!
Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. A dessert loved by both adults and children. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.

Ingredients:

120 g rolled oats/ 1 1/4 cup
pinch of salt
220 ml kefir(or greek yogurt) / 3/4 cup
2 eggs
50 g erytrytol sweetener/ 1/2 cup
2 small carrots
2 medium apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 g baking powder/ 3/4 tsp

grease with butter/ oil a 19 cm pan
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
smear with honey or syrup
chopped walnuts(optional)
