Insane video from the 10 freeway yesterday afternoon between Crenshaw & Arlington showing a victim being chased by 2 vehicles and at least 4 suspects causing him to crash on the shoulder. Armed suspects then exit the vehicles and appear to rob the victim who has his hands up, then search his car before taking off.
