Was Boots Hetherington Campaigning from the Commissioners Dais? Looks That Way, Right?

It may not be illegal but that doesn't necessarily make it right. At Wednesday's Schuylkill County Commissioners meeting, Commissioner Boots Hetherington clearly used his position to make a campaign statement on behalf of himself and his running mate, Larry Padora, regarding the ongoing struggle western Schuylkill County residents face with a smelly biosolids facility. Commissioner Gary Hess took exception to Boots' action and Boots also heard it from the Libertarian candidate Greg Woll, who ripped into the board for acting individually and not as one.
