Taiwan’s general election is less than 3 months away. It will be one of the most critical elections in 2024 because the results will directly impact the security of the Taiwan Strait and the Asian Pacific. Foxconn, Apple’s largest manufacturer in China, is being investigated by Beijing for tax and land use irregularities. Foxconn is reprimanded because its founder, Terry Gou, is running for president in January 2024. Beijing hopes to put its candidate into office by manipulating public opinions and the candidates. And Beijing's conspiracy is evident through its media reports.
