What a balls up! Runner's privates pop out of his shorts at the end of marathon

Joseph Urban, 31 was participating in the Kosice Peace Marathon in Slovakia when his genitals flopped out of his running shorts.

Urban was at the end of his race when the incident happened, though he appears to either not notice or simply not bothered by it.
