170 g pitted dates (1 1/2 cups)
140 g almonds(1 cup)
70 g Brazilian nuts/other(1/2 cup)
1 1/2 tablespoon carob powder/cocoa
pinch of salt
grated orange peel
juice from 1 orange(80 ml)
crunchy almonds/ hazelnuts, walnuts
carob powder/ cocoa
