Ingredients:

120 g rolled oats(1 1/4 cup)
250 ml hot milk/plant milk/water(1 cup)
2 tbsp sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 ml vegetable oil(2 tbsp)
200 g grated pumpkin(7 oz)
30 g chopped walnuts(1 oz)
30 g raisins(3 tbsp)

bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
