Ingredients:

60 g raisins(1/2 cup)
2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
30 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc) 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste/ vanilla extract
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
50 ml vegetable oil(1/5 cup)
1 apple
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)

20 x 8 cm/ 7.8 x 3 inch baking form
bake 45-50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
