Israeli envoy slams UN chief and calls for his resignation

The Israeli Ambassador to the UN has slammed the organization’s Secretary General for addressing the reasons behind the current conflict, saying he is unfit for the job, and should resign.

This came after Antonio Guterres summarized the decades of oppression Palestinian people have endured, fuelling the reasons for the Hamas attack.
