Lawmaker says he's given up on trying to get his colleagues in Indiana to consider tougher gun restrictions

Indiana State Representative Ed Delaney (D) says he's calling it quits on proposing tougher gun restrictions in the state. Delaney says there's nothing he can do without the support of the Republican majority.
