Greetings and salutations! This week's The Three Things with your (licensed) detective in Central Europe, Preston Smith, courtesy of The Corners Magazine (www.thecorners.pl) and CDDI (www.cddi.pl). Here we discuss politics, true crime, war news, spy news and more (from a Central European perspective). Each segment runs from 15 to 20 minutes, and this week Yours Truly will discuss the consequences on Serbia (thus far) in the wake of the paramilitary raid in Banjska in North Kosovo; the Polish opposition win during the Oct. 15 parliamentary elections (and what to expect going forward) and the current situation in Ukraine, highlighting the Russian offensive in Avdiivka.
1:15 Kosovo and Serbia headbutting, and a sharp-worded European Parliament resolution on de-escalation (but a resolution that is more sharply-worded toward Serbia).
13:13--the Polish elections and what is likely to come.
27:37 The war in Ukraine update. Progress in Zaporizhzhia, Russian pressure in Avdiivka. Plenty to talk about here.
