As an AI engineer, we should know what we are working on, and what we are developing. So, Currently, AI is in the second stage of its development.
1. Reactive machine AI,
2. Limited memory AI
Both reactive machine AI and Limited memory AI are considered ANI, Artificial narrow intelligence simply known as Narrow AI
3. Artificial general intelligence(AGI) sometimes called “strong AI” or “human-level AI” or Theory of mind AI.
4. Self-aware AI or Artificial superintelligence (ASI).

[CHAPTER-2 WHAT IS AI?]

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the field of computer science that deals with the set of technologies concerned with building computers and machines that solve cognitive problems that would normally require human intelligence such as learning, creation, image and speech recognition, text analysis, decision making, and problem-solving, or even tasks, that involves data whose scale exceeds what humans can analyze.
