Rep. James Comer talks about Joe Biden receiving a $200,000 so-called 'loan repayment' from James Biden, the same day his brother was wired an identical amount from Americore, a failing healthcare firm.

Bankruptcy court documents revealed that James Biden had procured the loans from Americore "based upon representations that his last name, 'Biden,' could 'open doors' and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections."

James Biden was later sued by Americore for refusing to repay the loan after failing to secure the investment and ultimately bankrupting the company.

"We've already called for the President to release the terms of the so-called loan that he apparently claims he made to his brother," says Rep. Comer.

"But look, whether or not he made a loan is irrelevant. What matters is Joe Biden benefited to the tune of $200,000 from this."

Democrats have demanded evidence of Joe Biden directly receiving money from his family's political influence-peddling schemes.
