▶️ 1. Omega-3 Deficiency
The body needs a 1:1 ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids to balance inflammation.
Most people consume more Omega-6 which causes the skin to dry out, especially around the face. This can be easily remedied by loading up on fatty fish, virgin cod liver oil and flax/chia seeds.

Eating refined foods, flour, sugar and alcohol can deplete Vitamin B3 and other nutrients in the B-Vitamin family.
