Russia calls on countries holding fertilizer to allow their shipment

Russia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry has accused four European nations of illegally holding fertilizer at their ports, which leaves countries such as Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka without humanitarian food supplies.
