Life crafting and study success. Do you want to bridge the gap between students from diverse backgrounds and make education more inclusive? With this intervention, we reached a 22% increase at study success at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0361476X1930428X?via%3Dihub). This was achieved via the life crafting intervention, by asking students to reflect on their ideal life. Students with a migration background profited most from this intervention https://www.nature.com/articles/palcomms201514). In the webinars, I explain how you can use life crafting in your (coaching) practice or (educational) institution.
