Find your float with these 3 entries. Use a wall behind you if you feel safer that way or just make sure to practice cartwheeling out if you get too much momentum. Chances are more likely you won’t get enough but play and explore! Elevate your shoulders by squeezing them up towards your ears and really use your spread fingers. Those are super important!
