6 Rounds of Tabata (20 seconds work 10 seconds rest/ 8 exercises each round). No cuing. Simple exercises but hard work!

We repeat each round twice:

Round1-2 Bodyweight Fitness
Round 3-4 One Heavy Dumbbell
Round 5-6 Animal Flow
