Another fun yoga, creative sequencing yoga class.

My classes are faster paced and move around the mat in different directions so you should be familiar with yoga poses, quicker cuing and directions changes. A tip if you do find it to be too fast would be to change the playback to a slightly slower speed. Personally, this one felt really good and has all the things: shoulder and backbending, hip mobility, options for handstands, pinch and even working on floating into crow pose. Of course, that is all optional based on your practice but either way you will build strength and endurance. Let me know how it goes!
