Cuing and edit fixes here: PILATES SMALL BALL 🔵 *updated w/ cuing

8 drills 30 seconds on 10 seconds Rest. Repeat.
4 Rounds total.
No cuing. Be familiar with Pilates moves. **one of the rounds does not have a timer 😳 apoligies for the glitch! You can double up on the one with the timer If It’s too confusing!

**I plan to update this class with cuing and the missing timer! Stay tuned!
