Plugin Boutique's Core Collection and the Disappearance of Soundspot

Plugin developer Soundspot has seemingly ceased to exist and has handed over its legacy to Plugin Boutique.
This week, Plugin Boutique has released a new plugin bundle called the Core Collection. It seems that at least some of the Core Collections plugins are based on some plugins from Soundspot.
