Ingredients for 5 muffins:
1 large ripe banana
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
70 g peanut butter(1/3 cup)
30 g almond flour(1/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
chocolate chips(optional)
⏰bake 20-25 min. at 180°C/ 360°F
