50g rolled oats(1/2 cup)
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
60g greek yogurt(1/4 cup)
160 ml almond milk(2/3 cup)
refrigerate for 6h/ overnight
add some fruits and nuts
peanut butter(optional)
