Rival protests on Israel-Gaza war held in Mexico City

Members of Mexico’s Jewish community gathered in front of the Israeli embassy in Mexico City to voice their support for Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas. Meanwhile, pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched in the city as well, demanding the recognition of the Palestinian people and their land, as well as an end to the bombardment of Gaza.
