Rom 10, verse 4, the word end should be "goal" G5056, telos. For Christ is the "goal" of the law...

Rom 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

It should read:

For Christ is the "goal" or "destination" of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

End - (G5056) telos (to set out for a definite point or goal)

Paul is expressing his desire for Israel of the flesh to embrace Yeshua as Messiah and have salvation. Paul has a love for Israel and explains it very well in this section.
