Okay, so, we decided to mix songs that are copies of the originals except in the very first one we do, we actually feature the artist who wrote a hit song that another artist had all the fame with - Mac McAnally performing his own song before we slide into a another copy band, Low Darts, doing a very credible version of the hit by Supertramp. Some copies are spot on versions of the original hit and then others are actually better than the original or even a more interesting take on the original... so let's see how this progresses this week and if we can convince the Mayor to play along next weekend...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
