Last Days of L. Haskell Chesshir

My father was a great man. Born in 1916 to a cotton farmer in a small town in Texas. When he graduated from high school he left to complete his calling as a missionary to Hawaii and then to Korea. The legacy of his work still goes on to this day. Needless to say...he meant the world to us and we are patiently waiting to see him again. This video was created after his departure for our family.
The doctors told us that due to the heart attack and strokes and then dementia he would become a different person. That he would lash out and probably become the exact opposite of who we had known. I told them they were wrong in their understanding of the heart, soul, and spirit of my father. They didn't believe me. I filmed my father for 8 months before the Lord took him. As you can see...his heart was pure and full of joy and thankfulness. Never once did he become anything close to what the doctors said he would become. He remained faithful and loved to the very end. God is good.
