The recent decision by the Supreme Court on Dobbs has great significance for our future. Implications of recent substantive rights, such as interracial marriage, same sex marriage, contraception and more are all linked to Roe and Casey cases, overturned by this decision. Dobbs is putting rights that many have taken for granted for decades at a place of unease and it is crucial at this time in history to understand where this could lead in the future.
