And this is one of the reasons I was unsuccessful for so long.

One reframing technique is to focus on the habit you desire instead of the one you don’t want.

When we are constantly focusing on the behavior we want to break, we increase our motivation to do the habit we want to stop.

This is because the brain is focused on acting on your thoughts rather than stopping you from acting.

Making reframing techniques like this one routine, can help you overcome the habits you no longer want.
