Chaturanga to Up Dog 🐶

Sometimes I forget that newer students might not get all the details in the so called “basics”. Going from chaturanga to updog and down dog can be quite complex. This little toe slide makes a huge difference in putting you in great alignment. You probably naturally do it without thinking but just in case you don’t, keep it in mind! Also, important to note, that not everything is one size fits all so if a different way (like just stepping on to the tops of the feet) works better for, that’s all good!
