15 Pilates inspired strength exercises. 90 seconds of work. 15 seconds rest. Lots of time to get the move down and really feel the burn. I did this yesterday and I’m sore! 🔥

All you need is some wall space. Feel free to modify and take breaks as needed! Some of these are very challenging!
