Is the God of the Old Testament (YHVH) A Genocidal Maniac or a Loving Creator ?

Atheists and Agnostics Argue that YHVH is a horrible, murderous, infanticidal God for commanding the Israelites to wipe out numerous tribes in the True History described in the Old Testament.
