Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup(130 g) rolled oats
1 cup(250 ml) kefir
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
cinnamon
1 medium carrot
2 medium apples
chopped nuts for decoration
bake 50 minutes at 180°C/360°F
