Crushing Setback for Wim Hof's Legal Defense

Earlier this week the court in Long Beach denied Wim Hof's request to quash the case on the basis that he's a dutch citizen. The trial will now move onto the discovery phase and Innerfire may be liable for $33,000 in damages for their efforts in trying to misdirect the court proceedings by lying about their business relationships in the United States.
